A web developer looking for a challenge decided to expand into the e-commerce niche, not knowing how competitive it was. E-commerce companies were looking for the best of the best, and newbies often got lost in the noise. But not when they knew how to get seen. Because the web developer had an exceptional site that truly reflected what she was capable of, she decided to lead potential customers directly to it. The client was looking for leads, and what better way to get them than to show off her work. We designed and built an ad campaign that targeted the precise audience we were looking for, got them intrigued, and led them to the site before converting them into highly-qualified leads.
Many firms signed up for a one-on-one session on the web developer’s site during the month in which we ran the campaign. In particular, for an ad spend of $1,515.09, the client saw:
- 58 website leads
- A reach of 4,597 users
An e-commerce site selling hair accessories in bulk for little girls had successfully run ad campaigns in the past with great results. All of a sudden, they weren’t seeing anywhere near the return on ad spend and they were concerned. Instead of letting it get to a point it would be difficult to come back from, they asked around and got in touch when a colleague recommended us.

We started off with an in-depth audit of the ad account and the website.
Identified that in order to achieve real results we need to have a lead magnet.
We worked with the client to come up with a suitable lead magnet.
Then we started running that lead magnet using Lead Ads.
Despite tremendous results in the first month, we were not satisfied with the Lead Quality.
We build 2 different landing pages and started testing them.
Using new ads creatives were also part of our strategy
The results skyrocketed in the very first month
CPL from Lead Ads was below £0.50.
The conversion rate of leads to subscriptions wasn’t that great initially.
The client was still happy as new customers were coming in from Email marketing.
After we launched the landing pages, the CPL went up a little.
However, the conversion rate skyrocketed this time and the client was converting at a better rate
Within the first 2.5 months, we generated over 1,200 leads.
And the client was able to convert 192 leads into subscription-based customers.
When a clothing brand selling high-end dresses online saw its costs go up by a substantial margin, it was forced to raise its prices. The move resulted in the company losing many of its customers and finding it hard to get new ones. Because it was a high-end brand, every lost sale affected revenue a lot. We convinced the brand to offer a discount to get its sales back on track without compromising its financials too much. We designed clean graphics using elite colors and paired them with action-oriented copy targeted toward an audience likely to convert.
The results were great!
Everyone loves a discount, and soon enough, the company had highly qualified leads again. In an ad spend of just $588.10 spread out across two weeks, the company saw:
- 16 website leads with many resulting conversions
- 91 landing page views at only $6.46 per view
